AAF Policies Not Firing after Upgrade

We are in the process of upgrading from CRM 9.1 on 8.53 to CRM 9.2 on 8.55.22. Once the MTP is complete, what we are noticing is that AAF Policies do not fire. We have to manually open each of the 75+ policies put them in ReDesign - Activate and Save for them to trigger.

Any suggestions?
