AGIS transactions

Hello Guru's,

How we can trigger inter company transactions based on inter company segment?  Instead of directly entering in AGIS inbound screen.

Ex: I am entering a transaction in A (200) entity and we have one segment called Inter company in that segment am entering B (205) in this case how it can trigger the transaction in AGIS which means the two transactions of the AGIS should reflect in AP and AR in the respective entities.

Any pointers on this shall be of help.
