EPBCS Default Valid Intersections

There is a default valid intersection rule which was created by the "Module Admin".

It is the ScenarioYears, with Scenarios and Years dimensions.

It shows a LOCK symbol besides it.

My issue is that it is set to the beginning years of the Years dimensions for Actual and there does not seem a way to edit.

My user variable is set to FY18 but the default valid intersection is FY11, FY12. Hence, FY13-FY18 are locked and no data can be loaded.

My Scenario member for Actual is set to FY11-FY19 as open Years.

How can I modify the default so I can show Dashboards with FY18 and load data FY13-FY18?
