Jobs not processing in a particular single threaded queue

Hi Team,

We have a single threaded queue QSINGLE01. Jobs are not getting in processing status in this particular queue and going in waiting status.

However jobs are getting processed in other queues without any issues.

PFB the logs observed for the jobs in waiting status in this queue:
