P98770 is not getting updated with newly deployed package

Hi Team,

New built package is not reflecting in P98770 in PY pathcode. New web changes are not reflecting. Checked OCM and SVR names looks good, didn't find anything in logs except this.

"JDB4200003 - OPEN TABLE NOT CLOSED = F9651, opened from File=spkgclnt.ce, Function=IntSvrPkgQuickDeploy".

TR: 8.98.4

AR: 9.0

ENT OS: AS400

Web sev: IBM Websphere.

Any leads will be helpful.
