Postihg Burden and retain timecards

Scenario:  The client wants to post burden weekly, but process payroll bi-weekly.  I have been testing this in a 9.2 environment but when I post to the GL all timecards are written to F0618.  How do you prevent this from occurring?

The other question is that the liabilities and burdens from taxes are not available from timecards because payroll has not yet run. 

Any solutions to making this work?
