IP17 callcenter_xyz.html not configured in the Deployed Profile.

Hello Oracle gurus,

we are facing issue with Symbolic URL on Siebel IP17.

We migrated the solution from IP13 to IP17 where Symbolic URL with pointing on the HTML were defined and working.

In the callcenter application the following error is raised :

callcenter_xyz.html not configured in the Deployed Profile

Any ideas how to resolve it to be HTML correctly displayed in IP17 application ?
