SWT to OD convertion

Hello,

Maybe someone has had similar problem.

We recently installed IP 17.5, but Web templates were not converted during migration, because of bad directory specifying. I`m now trying to convert old SWTs to ODs using SWT to OD Conversion Utility, but I face an error given by java

Mon Aug 06 15:43:52 EEST 2018 SEVERE:null

java.lang.NullPointerException

at com.siebel.swt_to_od.SWTClob.main(SWTClob.java:97)

Could you please give some advice, how could I find the issue what causes this error?
