Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. AP Withholding TAX distribution - Accrue on receipt flag is NULL

Accrue on Receipt (AOR flag) on Tax Withholding distribution is NULL.

On the distribution type 'ITEM', I see AOR flag is 'N'

On the distribution type 'Withholding', I see AOR flag is NULL.

I believe this flag should be either Y or N, not NULL.

Can you please help me if there any patch or a configuration that we are missing?
