Siebel Consumer Goods enable

Hi Team,

I was trying to install siebel consumer goods application IP17 and apply latest patchset. but when i try download and install siebel available versions from edelivery ,i was unable to find the consumer goods component Group to enable in siebel . can you please let me know how can i get the deliverables to install the Siebel Consumer Goods application. This is the test environment. once we can finalise and install it. will proceed further.

Any suggestions  to proceed further is appreciated.
