Oracle Database 12cR2 supported data types

we are using Oracle database enterprise edition 11g Release 2 (11.2.0.4.0) for our Core Banking system Temenos T24, which uses following oracle Data Types to store data in Oracle Tables.

BLOB

XMLTYPE store as CLOB

Function based indexes

we need to upgrade the database version to 12c Release 2 (12.2.0.1).

our question is does oracle support above listed data types if any issue happens in 12c Release 2 database.
