Import Snapshot (from Production) into a newly provisional Environment for PBCS

We have two Oracle Cloud PBCS environments.  Planning and Planning -Test.

out company has purchased a new environment  from oracle and has provisioned the TEST3 environment. but we were initially unable to setup (Please wanted to remind that, we are new to Oracle PBCS and didnt have much insight into it).

when we try to COpy the production environment from PRD to New TEST3 PBCS planning environment. the whole process seems successful. Meaning, the New Test3 environment looks like the environment (copy of PRD) is there. but we had couple error messages.

Question 1:  The Welcome page doesnt look (identical) to PRD pbcs environment.
