Reading multiple Media object text attachment

Hello,

Is there any Business Function/API to read multiple text from media object table F00165. For e.g. I have multiple attachment to a sales order as shown below, what is the API function to call.

I am currently calling GetGenericText API to read one attachment but if there is 2 text what is the parameter or is there any other API?
