JDE login page customization for SSO

Hello,

We are planning to implement a Single sign on solution for JDE E1 and want to direct users to a different login page when they click log "sign out" link. This is required as some users are tend to enter user name and password and get themselves locked without trying to use SSO link which is different. Any solutions or workarounds for this issue please.
