Auto-complete Work Order header when all operations are completed

Hi. Is there a way we can automate completion of a work order when the last operation has been completed? Business requirement is to monitor work, resources, materials per operation so we are completing up to the operations level. Now, with how Oracle works, after completing the operations, we would still need to complete on the work order header.
