Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. root.sh script got failed on 2nd node with below error messages

CRS--2883: Resource ora.cssdmonitor failed during clusterware stack start.

CRS-4406: Oracle high availability services synchronous start failed.

CRS-4400: command start failed, or completed with errors.

CLSRSC-117: Failed to start Oracle clusterware stack.
