my shared memory is big and i see several sqlid in it why

hello gurus,

    I need help then I think there is a bug in version 12.1. Oracle database.

1 - my shared memory become big.

2 - then I make sur it and I see that there are several same sqlid in the shared_memory with bind variables.

3 - then for me in the shared_memory my sqlid should be alone with the bind variable.

then I query the view v$sql and I see that the sqlid is not alone.

is it a bug oracle for the database version 12.1..?

I join you the query and the result. this next query is 17 times in the shared_memory.
