Hi,

after install JDE client,  just can not log in

jde.log:

5732/5536 MAIN_THREAD                        Tue Aug 07 09:27:02.040000 Jdb_ctl.c3657
JDB9900556 - Failed to start local Oracle database services. InitEnv failed.

5732/5536 MAIN_THREAD                        Tue Aug 07 09:27:02.041000 Jdb_ctl.c1346
JDB4100001 - Failed to validate Env handle

and  notice doesn't install all folder (such as printqueue, log,...) what could be the reason? can copy folder from another fat client manually?

then try change pass with reconfiguremsde and seems to check service E1Local(OracleE1LocalTNSListener) and not currently installed DB12Home(OracleOraDB12Home1TNSListener) ..and keep "reconfiguremsde starting service OracleE1LocalTNSListener"
