Journal line definitions not available for ASC842 compliance SLA setup

I am configuring SLA for ASC842 and noticed that journal line definition are not available being provided as part of patching, is this expected ? Do I need to configure all the JLDs for ASC842? or am I missing any additional patch or etc.,,
