Need a Business function that would call new Media Object APIs associated with E1 9.2

Please note that we are in the process of upgrading from E1 9.1 to E1 9.2. (with the latest tools release 9.2.2.5). For E1 9.2, Business has taken a decision to have media object attachments (which are primarily in PDF) will be stored in F98MODAT file as blobs instead of the conventional media object file server.

In E1 9.1, we had designed a  process that would FTP the media object PDF attachment to media object windows file server. Based on Doc ID 2301138.1, Oracle has supplied standard APIs that could be wrapped in a custom Business to insert media object attachments in the F98MODAT.
