Requesting for Navigation details to implement Doc ID 240789.1

Hi ,

I am trying to implement Budget control to Assets and I come across the Doc ID 240789.1 e ac Unfortunately I am stuck at Step 2 of the solution as i don't know how to attach the rollup group to the budget organization. Please assist with the navigation of how to perform Step 2.
