Duplicate records of component item in bills of materials

In MH1 organization we have Duplicate records of component item in bills of materials, its not in master organization.

When we go to the Bill in organization we get massage:

"This BOM is common. New components can be added only in the source BOM. You can edit select attributes on this BOM, though. Would you like to edit any of the material control attribute?

If I chose Yes its duplicate the rows.

do u know how to fix it?
