Page Publishing error : Error set more than one value for a single-valued attribute inspite of actua

What is the possible cause and the solution for the problem?
Following is the logs and Screenshots of the Page as well as Page Attributes.


Publishing Pages gives me following error :

Error saving an asset Asset.SaveAll :  Attempting to set more than one value for a single-valued attribute 'PageAttribute:ccs_footer_navigation_linktext'com.openmarket.basic.interfaces.AssetException: Attempting to set more than one value for a single-valued attribute 'PageAttribute:ccs_footer_navigation_linktext'
