ePro Req Ietm Search Functionality Not Working

We are experiencing issues in e-Procurement requisition screen using the SEARCH or ADVANCED SEARCH features looking for inventory items. When using CONTAINS ANY or  BEGINS WITH, the response back  is  "ERROR-2".

Anyone else receive this error?
