Excel bipublisher reports don't show all the data.

I have the following problem: I have made several bi reports with excel templates according by the manual. The reports seem to work fine but the don't show all the data. If I start the query in the database I get all the data I should get. If I run the report as example in bi I get all the data as well, however when I run the report from bipublisher I don't get all the data. Is this a bug in BiPublisher or did I do something wrong, all rtf reports work fine by the way?

The reports should fetch between around 3000 records(seems not al to much by me). They have no parameters.
