AWRSQRPT report missing execution plan.

hi

Whenever I run awrsqrpt against a sqlid regardless of how current the snapshots are I always receive this message at the beginning of the report, and then there is no execution plan in the report

WARNING: timed_statistics setting changed between begin/end snaps: TIMINGS ARE INVALID

However the settings for timed_statistics = TRUE in the initialisation parameters  both for the pdb and its container,  have not been changed.

The database is 12.1.0.2 - RDBMS_12.1.0.2.0WINDBBP_WINDOWS.X64_170930 running on windows 2008 R2

If I immediately run SQLT(extract) the report includes the execution plan.

Any thoughts would be very much appreciated
