API that does what Autocreate Purchase Requisition and Requisition Import do?

Hi Experts

Is there an API that does what "Autocreate Purchase Requisition" and "Requisition Import" concurrent programs do?

What I am trying to do is to achieve these 2 tasks using APIs instead of using concurrent program.

It can be using 2 APIs or using a single API.

Kindly advice. Any input will be highly appreciated.
