File layout for importing customer POs (850s) into the JD Edwards Enterprise One for Sales Order

Purrpose doing this for importing Sales Order (customer PO) to F4210 and F4211.

I have reference and tried to follow the steps given in Doc ID but I still fail to load the data into the tables F47011 and F47012.

I suspect it is my csv tet flatfile format. There is no error message prompted when I run the  EDI Flat File Conversion (R47002C) program. I have set the EDI Flat File Cross Reference. I have done the Flat File Encoding (P93081) program and verify that a record for encoding name CP1252 is setup and in Active Status.
