E-Biz GL - User Login 'counter' not resetting
Hi,
we are using E-biz for our general ledger (DB version = 12.1.0.2.0, Oracle Applications = 12.2.6). We are facing a curious problem of where the users are getting frequently locked out when trying to login to . Here is the scenario:
Day1: User enters incorrect password twice
Day2: Enters the correct password and login ok
Day3: User enters incorrect password.
After the point of 3rd "non-consecutive" attempt with incorrect password, user gets locked out. At this point, there is no error displayed. It never moves past the login screen.
We have validated that the Profile option = "Signon Password Failure Limit" is set to 3.
