Service Request and Related Object File Import Issue

Hi All,

I am trying to import the Service Request and Related entities (Such SERVICE_REQUEST, SR_CONTACT_MEMBER, SR_MESSAGE, SR_RESOURCE_MEMBER, SVC_SR_REFERENCES) all files together in zipped format. But I am getting the following error:

1. The record cannot be imported due to errors while processing child records associated with it. (ZBS-420044)

2. The record of type ServiceRequest could not be imported because an error was reported while importing another record in the record hierarchy. (ZCA-210064)

I tried the following steps:

1. Ran the Generate Artifacts.

2. Seperately also tried these import. For ex: I ran only the SR_CONTACT_MEMBER import but still with the same error.
