PUI timecard in Hold status

Hi All,

Client is using OTLR and few batches when transferred from self serivce to PUI (Validate for BEE/Transfer to BEE), batch status is in 'Hold' status in PUI,

and in BEE batch status is 'Unprocessed' status. Client wants to know why the batch status is in 'Hold' status and how to reprocess them. I tried to rollback OTLR

concurrent program but can't select Hold status batches in parameter. Please advise.
