VAT tax not getting calculated properly for 1 item in a transaction

Hi All,

We are facing some issues with VAT Tax calculation in one our stores, where in one transaction 1st item did not get any VAT applied and for all other items VAT was calculated successfully. What's more confusing is that 1st item and 2nd item are both same items still 1st item there was no VAT Tax. Please help in resolving the issue.
