After upgrading to 12.1.3, closing of PA periods started giving exception message but there are no e

Hello experts,

               After upgrading to 12.1.3 from 11.5.10. Closing of PA periods started giving below warning

"This period contains Project-related supplier invoices in Accounts payable that have not been interfaced to oracle projected.

To identified the exception, run either the EXC: Transaction Exception Details or the Exc: transaction Exception summary Report.

Do you want to close the period ? Yes / No"

When we run the exception report there are no transactions reported. It lets us close the period by saying Yes but was wondering why this error started to show.

We are a governmental agency and our accounting method is Cash.
