Enable Eb tax functionality for I expenses for Mexico operating unit

Hello all

I have am working on setting up Eb tax for Internet expenses for Mexico operating unit

We have already rolled up Mexico last year - but while defining the Tax rates we haven't defined the / Enabled the option [ Internet Expenses ] - so since this one time option now when i trying to update Tax rates this is not available.

Below is the Enhancement request created for the same issue # "Bug 7376355 - THE “INTERNET EXPENSES ENABLED” CHECK BOX IS NOT VISIBLE WHEN UPDATE TAX RATES"

So now  below are the options I am thinking off and need your inputs/ suggestions
