AHM-00029 (When trying to change hierarchy and save it)

Hi,

We randomly started receiving this error when we try to make changes in 1 of the segment in the hierarchy. I was able to successfully make changes for another segment. Yesterday, I had to add a child to a parent in 1 segment. I was not able to do this and I got "AHM-00029: An error has occurred during saving. Data has not been saved."

When I try to make the changes in the flexfield instead, I get "Could not reserve record (2 tries) keep trying ".    

I was able to do this yesterday and before.

This issue happened last Feb once and it resolved itself the next day.
