Transfer Pricing without Advanced Pricing module

Hello,

We are Process manufacturing org on R12.2.5. We don't have Oracle Advanced Pricing and Oracle Order Management installed but have all the OPM modules, Procure to Pay, AR and GL installed.

Currently we have a distribution center in Canada (CA) but reported under US LE. We are now planning to report the distribution center and track its inventory under CA LE. This distribution center in Canada currently sells only one of our products and the plan is to continue with the same but in the future we may have to support multiple products. We already have the CA LE setup currently but does have any organizations under it.
