Tender mappings for the custom tender's displaying blank in RTLog

Hi Experts,

I have been mapping the custom tenders in RTLogMappingConfig.xml to display the tenders after the workstation close action is performed but values are displaying blank in RTLog's.So,can anyone update me on this if their is a configuration to overcome this issue.
