R74414 report displaying company by category

Hi

Could you anyone let me know how this R74414 works. One of our users says that customer AN8 which comes under category affiliated shows in Non-Affiliated companies.

What could be the reason? I m not sure of what category codes have been linked to these also what are all the setups I need to verify.
