Error when trying to retrieve saved search on Oracle internet expenses

Hello,

We are having an error when trying to retrieve saved search on manage expense reports window. It takes to long and after some time it shows the following error:

"No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent."http://

I found that doc Doc ID 2147992.1 on metalink but I´m not sure its the same issue.

Could someone, please,  help me?
