scenario:

some machining tools need to be delivered and should come back a few days later because they will be reused  (inventory control to have the location of the tools on the factory floor or in the warehouse)

Some tools are delivered and do not come back, used until the end of the tool life, tools that are used and do not return to the central warehouse
