Additional fields to populate using Customer Interface or TCA APIs

I need to populate JGZZ_FISCAL_CODE and person_identifier and also a primary phone on party/customer level using Customer Interface or TCA api -  all of those columns are on hz_parties table  but not on Interface table. How do I populate this?
