OMS Error when I trying to deinstall secondary OMS2

Hi, Colleagues!

I got this error when tried to deinstall Grid Control on secondary OMS2. The things made was following.

1. Previous to deinstall, I removed the second OMS2. Command was successfully executed.

$ ./omsca delete -OMSNAME OMS2 
Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c 
Release 13.1.0.0.0 
Copyright (c) 1996, 2015, Oracle. All rights reserved.

2. Clean up targets names leftovers

./emcli sync Synchronized successfully 
$ ./emcli list -resource="Targets" -search="TARGET_NAME='its-server02:4889_Management_Service_CONSOLE'"  
./emcli delete_target -name='its-server:4889_Management_Service_CONSOLE' -type=oracle_oms_console 
Target "its-server02:4889_Management_Service_CONSOLE:oracle_oms_console" deleted successfully

3. But, these two services still show in Grid Control and I could not unable remove.
