How to implement stored procedure migration or recreation from v6.4.1 to cloud v6.4.2

We are proposing a client to migrate from v6.4.1 to v.6.4.2 cloud and the only question client had was as to how would we translate the pl-sql procedure used by current agents to new agents. Could someone please provide an insight here?
