how to setup a em 13.2.2 env ?

To setup a em 13.2.2 env i have installed version

Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c Release 2 Plug-in Update 1


I have upgraded the opatch & OMSPacther to required higher versions
What are the patches i am supposed to apply ?
