Invalid Login. Enter Correct LDAP Credential to continue - forms 12.2.1.3.0

Hi All,

I am getting an invalid login error while trying to "Forms LDAP Association" in Forms 12.2.1.3.0

I am entering the correct details and I was able to ldapbind to 3060 and 3131 ports

I followed this document and it didnt help Doc ID 1130053.1

and removed the entries in the config.xml

can anyone advise me what is causing this issue.
