In Oracle Teleservice service request if an item has a status of scrapped, return, terminated it will not allow a teammate to create a SR and or if a teammate searches for an existing SR to add additional notes or edit the SR it will make the teammate remove the serial # from the SR. Is there a profile that can be updated/changed to allow all install base tracked item status on a Service Request? (Example: Scrapped, Returned, Terminated?)
