E1 Re Deploy a Full Package for Server

Hi Expert,

     Number of customized objects were checked in and build full PD910FA for example. Then 1 month later ,those customized objects were checked out for some reason and checked in after that.

Should we have to re build full package PD910FA again or just re-deploy is enough.
