Reconciliation claim issue

We are using Hyperion 11.1.2.4.250, we are facing a strange issue in ARM where the preparer claim a recon, do some work but then have to finish at a later time, all of their work is still there but they have to reclaim the rec as Preparer again whenever they want to continue working on that recon.

Can anyone advise what might be the issue here?
