Expecting to have default value for Sales person in order organizer form.

Hi,

Sales Users expectation to have their salesman/salesperson name in order organizer form.

when ever user login to application and try to open order organizer form. it should have default value of sales person and to find only their sales orders in list. we achieved this by personalization but we have issue when user try to override this personalization in following way. that user trying to view record last so salesperson default value getting disappearednd they able to view other sales persons sales orders.
