Can we track tax code or vat code in project agreements form

Dear Experts,

Our customer willing to maintain the funding amount and cost budget with vat.

We are interested to use Project planning module if required to fulfill above requirement.

Is this possible? if not, how to customize? where exactly this has to be captured?

Once it is tracked, we need to provide in reports on what is total contract/cost budget value (with VAT) in project currency , and without VAT in ledger/functional currency, (even if the contract value is in foreign currency.)
